Applying for white goods
Funding white goods.
Please continue to ensure that clients use all resources available to them before you apply to us (savings, support from family etc). Taking that into account, decide what basic white goods the client needs before making the application.
We have an agreement with RSM Domestic Appliances to supply items as below.
We offer to supply one or two choices (from a possible of 3) for the same applicant. From 1 October 2025 we will no longer be funding electric cookers.
1) 7kg 1200 spin freestanding washing machine
2) 48cm under counter freestanding fridge with ice box
OR 50cm x 122cm high 50:50 freestanding fridge-freezer
3) Cooking package – one or two of four items:
plug in 2000W double hotplate,
17L manual control microwave,
5-6 L manual Air fryer,
3.5 L slow cooker.
When the grant is agreed this will be confirmed on the Grant Award letter with the grant reference number. A copy will be emailed to our supplier, RSM Domestic Appliances.
After you receive the Award letter, you or the client must contact RSM to confirm details such as address and delivery date, please always quote the grant number on the letter.
